There will be an increased police presence at Glenbard West High School in the next few days following a social media post April 28 indicating a potential threat to the Glen Ellyn school.
“At no time do we believe anyone was in danger,” Glenbard Township High School District 87 Community Relations Coordinator Peg Mannion said in an email. “Over the next few days, we will have additional police presence on and around campus to remind students that threats will not be tolerated and that Glenbard West is safe.”
