For the fourth year in a row, the streets of Elmhurst will become a race track for professional cyclists from around the world.
The Superior Ambulance Elmhurst Cycling Classic takes place July 22. The daylong event starts at 11 a.m. with the Juniors category race and ends at 9:30 p.m. after the men’s pro category race.
At 6:30 p.m., the community will be given a chance to participate in the Family Fun Bike Parade, a twist on the popular Family Fun Ride from previous years. During the event, riders of all ages can dress up and cruise around the course in unique or decorated bikes.
