Two people were seen looking into cars with flashlights around 2: 19 a.m. Responding officers found and arrested one of the people, who acknowledged he’d burglarized cars, according to Elmhurst police. Demetrius C. Orr, 18 of the 100 block of N Cornell Avenue in Villa Park, was charged with burglary and taken to DuPage County Jail.
