Rob Gronkowski is retired, but showed up at Fenway for the Red Sox home opener along with his former teammates and their most recent Lombardi trophy to throw out the first pitch
In true Gronk fashion, he was goofing around while some of the guys were getting warmed up for their first pitches, and desided it would be a good idea to step in the batters box with the Lombardi, and attempted to lay down a bunt.
The result was a baseball sized dent in the trophy, and one last Gronk moment to ride off into the sunset. Watch his former teammates recount how it all went down here:
