Stories about Keanu Reeves being a generally good dude, despite being a Hollywood mega-star for three decades, are nothing new. From second hand accounts of random kindness to strangers, to a video of the John Wick star giving up his seat on the NYC subway to a female passenger, Reeves is the opposite of the self-centered movie star stereotype.
Johnny Utah was at it again this past week after his flight from San Francisco to Burbank was diverted to Bakersfield after a scary emergency landing. The Bill and Ted star again found himself in a most not excellent situation along with other passengers who were stranded in Bakersfield and unsure of how or when they could get to L.A.
Instead of leaving everyone hanging and getting himself home, Keanu decided to look out for the team and booked a van to L.A. for himself and other stranded passengers. What ensued was a good old fashioned road trip and a bunch of random people riding with Reeves as he read aloud some facts about Bakersfield and hung out like a regular guy.
One of the passengers filmed the roadie filmed and posted some of the best parts to Twitter, including a pit stop for burgers. This is actually kind of like a more chill version of Speed in a lot of ways, and easily better than Speed 2.
keanu got stranded somewhere in california and had to take a bus instead of a plane and some guy filmed the entire experience and i am BEGGING yall to watch this pic.twitter.com/I1TmLOEYiK

That time when your flight out from #GDC almost crashes and you have to emergency land in a remote airport but at least Keanu Reeves is having as bad a day as you are. pic.twitter.com/XSPa1wlNuO
