Golf is a fickle mistress, and even regularly humbles pros that make living playing it. Champions Tour player – and former PGA Tour winner – Jeff Maggert found this out during the opening round of last week’s Hoag Classic when he stepped to a 10-foot birdie putt on the Par 5 18th.
What should have been an easy 4 quickly turned into a total nightmare as Maggert repeatedly botched his way to a 5-putt like a half drunk plumber on a muni course.
This is as brutal as it gets, and pretty damn entertaining.
