CoD Trustees are attending a board retreat in order to work more productively
During a May 19 COD Board of Trustees meeting, the majority of trustees approved retaining the services of Kenneth Shaw, for a board retreat May 22. His fee is about $6,200, board Chairwoman Deanne Mazzochi said.
