Mike Gundy and his unranked Oklahoma State team pulled off the upset over the surging #15 Longhorns in Stillwater on Saturday, but things went sideways the Cowboys were taking a knee to close out the win.
After a brief scrum broke out following the kneel down in waning seconds, Gundy ran onto the field to play peacemaker, which prompted Teaxas HC Tom Herman to sprint onto the field looking for a piece of Gundy. Herman was flagged for an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty for losing it, and Texas eventually lost the game.
The two coaches did meet at midfield after the game and Gundy appeared to explain his actions and attempt to calm things down with Herman.
